Privacy Policy

Aeldorado ("we", "our", "us") is a multi-agent AI API platform operated by Solanacy Technologies, owned by Saumik Paul. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use aeldorado.solanacy.in.

By using Aeldorado, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

This policy is intended to comply with applicable data protection law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), where relevant.

Account data: Name, email address, and profile information provided during registration (including Google OAuth).

Usage data: API request counts, agent usage, timestamps, and response metadata for billing and analytics.

Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, and request logs for security and anti-abuse purposes.

Payment data: Billing information is processed securely by our payment provider (Cashfree Payments). We do not store raw card or bank details.

• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To enforce usage limits, detect abuse, and ensure platform security
• To send transactional emails (account, billing, support)
• To generate anonymized analytics on platform usage

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We share limited data with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate the Platform:

• Google Firebase / Google Cloud: Authentication, database (Firestore), and hosting infrastructure
• Cashfree Payments: Payment processing for paid subscriptions
• Your chosen AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini): When you make an API request, your prompt content is sent directly to the AI provider you configured, using your own API key, to generate a response. We do not use your prompts to train any model.

Each sub-processor is contractually or legally bound to appropriate data protection standards. Some of these providers may process data on servers located outside India; by using the Platform, you consent to this international transfer of data solely for the purposes described in this policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• AES-256-GCM client-side encryption for all stored API keys
• TLS/HTTPS for all data in transit
• Firebase security rules for Firestore data access control
• Score-based anti-abuse system monitoring request patterns

Despite our efforts, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and keep your encryption password private.

• Access: Request a copy of personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Update inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Portability: Export your usage data in a standard format
• Withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting past processing
• Grievance redressal: Raise a complaint about how your data has been handled

To exercise any of these rights, email us at aeldorado@solanacy.in. For unresolved grievances, our designated Grievance Officer is Saumik Paul, reachable at the same email address, and will respond within 30 days as required under applicable Indian data protection law.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Conversation logs are automatically deleted after 30 days via Firestore TTL. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

We use essential session cookies for authentication and preferences. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

Aeldorado is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information promptly. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us at aeldorado@solanacy.in.

In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights or personal data, we will notify affected users without undue delay via email and/or an in-app notice, and will take reasonable steps to contain and remediate the breach, consistent with our obligations under applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app notice at least 7 days before taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
