By accessing or using Aeldorado ("Platform"), operated by Solanacy Technologies (owned by Saumik Paul), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
These terms apply to all users — individual developers, teams, and organizations accessing the platform at aeldorado.solanacy.in.
Aeldorado provides a multi-agent AI API platform. You may use the platform to:
You are responsible for your use of the platform and for any content or applications you build using it.
Aeldorado is a BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) platform. When you use the API, your requests are routed to the AI provider you configure — OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini — using your own API key and subject to that provider's own terms of service, acceptable use policy, and pricing.
Aeldorado offers multiple subscription tiers — Free, Starter, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise. Paid plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR) via Cashfree Payments.

All platform code, design, branding, and documentation are the intellectual property of Solanacy Technologies (Saumik Paul). You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
You retain full ownership of any content or applications you create using the Aeldorado API.
Aeldorado is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 30 days prior to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited use, failed to pay applicable fees, or if required to do so by law. Upon termination:
You may terminate your own account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Solanacy Technologies, Saumik Paul, and any associated personnel from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your use or misuse of the Platform; (b) content or applications you build using the API; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including rights of any AI provider whose API you access through the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the arbitration clause below, courts located in West Bengal, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not resolved through arbitration.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including its formation or breach, shall first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation by emailing aeldorado@solanacy.in. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a single arbitrator seated in West Bengal, India, and proceedings conducted in English.
Neither party is liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet or power outages, government action, or failures of third-party infrastructure or AI providers.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Platform, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app notice at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
