Terms of Service

By accessing or using Aeldorado ("Platform"), operated by Solanacy Technologies (owned by Saumik Paul), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

These terms apply to all users — individual developers, teams, and organizations accessing the platform at aeldorado.solanacy.in.

Aeldorado provides a multi-agent AI API platform. You may use the platform to:

• Access AI agents (CEO, CFO, Sales, Support, Research, Marketing, Legal) via REST API
• Store encrypted AI provider keys (BYOK) using AES-256-GCM encryption
• Build and integrate AI-powered features into your applications

You are responsible for your use of the platform and for any content or applications you build using it.

Aeldorado is a BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) platform. When you use the API, your requests are routed to the AI provider you configure — OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini — using your own API key and subject to that provider's own terms of service, acceptable use policy, and pricing.

• We do not create, train, or control the underlying AI models. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any output generated by a third-party model.
• Charges billed directly by your AI provider (token usage, rate-limit overages, etc.) are a separate contract between you and that provider — not part of your Aeldorado subscription.
• Aeldorado is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google. Provider names are used only to describe compatibility.
• If a provider changes, restricts, or discontinues their API, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific provider.

• Using the platform to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, bypass, or exploit the encryption system
• Sharing API keys or account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Automated scraping, flooding, or denial-of-service attacks
• Violating any applicable local, state, or international law

Aeldorado offers multiple subscription tiers — Free, Starter, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise. Paid plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR) via Cashfree Payments.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Plan downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• Unused credits or request limits do not carry over between billing periods
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice

All platform code, design, branding, and documentation are the intellectual property of Solanacy Technologies (Saumik Paul). You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

You retain full ownership of any content or applications you create using the Aeldorado API.

Aeldorado is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Downtime, outages, or API failures from third-party AI providers
• Data loss arising from user error or force majeure events
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 30 days prior to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited use, failed to pay applicable fees, or if required to do so by law. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Platform ends immediately
• Outstanding fees owed at the time of termination remain due
• We may retain and later delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid

You may terminate your own account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Solanacy Technologies, Saumik Paul, and any associated personnel from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your use or misuse of the Platform; (b) content or applications you build using the API; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including rights of any AI provider whose API you access through the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the arbitration clause below, courts located in West Bengal, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not resolved through arbitration.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including its formation or breach, shall first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation by emailing aeldorado@solanacy.in. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a single arbitrator seated in West Bengal, India, and proceedings conducted in English.

Neither party is liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet or power outages, government action, or failures of third-party infrastructure or AI providers.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Platform, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app notice at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Solanacy Technologies regarding the Platform.
• No waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
